*** SEE UPDATE

Slight modifications of the great work done by RefractingPrism to suit my own needs.

I found that the top of the hinge was rubbing on the extruder gear, as RefractingPrism mentioned as a possible issue. I tried filing down the back of the hinge but couldn't get it down enough for my liking. Edited the STL to shave off a bit from the back of the hinge. Seems to work better now and doesn't rub. The second part is just a blank feeder lane that is meant to prevent the hinge from sliding out of the last lane. The other's are prevented from doing this by the lane next to it. Again, credit to RefractingPrism as all I did was modify and remove a bunch of material from one of the existing feeder core files. Many thanks to the original creator.

*** UPDATE

After a conversation with someone on FB, it was brought to my attenion that the pre-gate sensor switches are activated by the brake itself.  The problem is that when using the runout sensor features in HH, by the time the filament runs out and the sensor is tripped, it's already too late. The brake is “closed” and it can't easily unload the filament that has run out.  To solve this, I repositioned the switch on the “Feeder Core” ahead of the break mechanism which is activated by a 7mm ball bearing (it's what I had on hand.) Seems to work well so far with the other tweaks I did.  I did the modifications from an STL so if it's a little hack-like, it's what I had to work with. I will also post the STEP file and if anyone can improve from this, just be sure to credit the original creator.

Again, all credit to original creator.
