this is my diy carp swinger. I use four of them and they work pretty good. Printed the parts with PETG.

threaded rod M4, circa 180mm
2x M4 nut
2x M4 washers
ball bearing 8x19x6 mm
coil spring 4,3x7mm (for the line release)
ball bearing ball d=4,7mm (for the line release)
