I needed to make my fan taller so that it could blow cool air from the living room AC into my office. It's amazing how much of a difference the height made.
I made this for a Lasko fan I got from Costco, but it should work with any pedestal fan supported by a tube with approximately a 25mm diameter. Printed on my BBL P1S, so it's 250mm tall.
They do stack on each other nicely, though I've found going beyond two extenders tall, the entire fan becomes pretty unstable. The bottom extender begins to bend, and the plastic base of the fan can no longer keep the whole thing upright reliably. A single height extension works best and is very stable.
