This is an adapter for the IKEA Tisken suction holder that you can use to hold multiple things on mosaic walls. The idea is that you can screw this model onto anything that you wish to hold and use the IKEA Tisken instead of potentially drilling a wall. The Tisken has something like a 3Kg maximum weight limit, which allows you to hold loads of things.
I include here a couple of versions of the model but the one in the photos would be the “ScrewsLateral". It is currently holding a small shelf in front of my bathroom mirror but it can be used for anything, really.
