I copied the design geometry from Victor Mateus Oliveira and made a bottom middle bracket for the 3mm foam tape, it should help reduce any gap in the middle bottom without having to print an additional latch allowing the bottom of the panels to just be slid in place.
Since this is designed for a enclosed chamber i would recommend using ABS or ASA but PLA should work if incapable of printing with either of the other filaments.
