Replacement grill for the Hifiman HE400se. Planar magnetic headphones such as this one are extremely sensitive to anything interfering at the backs of the drivers. The stock grill on this headphone is a very obstructing grill with a…
I reccomend that you print this out of PETG and also salvage and stick the original dust protective mesh onto the back of this one to protect your headphones driver.
Based on Tiddley earpads bracket, closed the holes, this bracket is made and recommend to use with Tiddley Fazors but they are optional (use double side tape on the magnets holder not on the magnets). Boost sub bass, bass and reduce a…
For those who like to put a layer of nylon mesh (like me) on open backs without any grille structure, this could help. Will create grille variations when i have time. Print with whichever settings, i tried with PLA+ 10% infill and it…

I printed with MK4 and vase mode. Prusament PLA. Designed with Autodesk Fusion 360
If you have broken the plastic ring (like i did) or you want to customize the HiFiMAN HE400i ver.2020 you can easily print this using PLA or PETG, no brim, infill or supports required, prints very fast and fits perfectly (be aware that…
