Can be fixed with screws (if nuts exists in top of printer) or by plastic straps (easy way). Must be printed strong enough to hold spool. Tool case can be remodeled up to needs, just keep original sliding side… :-)

Judging by Amazon this is for an older model of the Masontops lid. Although PLA is generally considered foodsafe you should verify yours is. Also remember: PLA is NOT dishwasher safe.
