My brother bought this tape machine used and it had a broken Gear C which seams to be a common problem, since there are people selling replacements on ebay. I tried my best to model a replica of the gear and we managed to fix the tape…
The head base was modeled referencing the original injection-molded part, which is a common point of failure. The cassette transport, branded "GEC," can be found in various 4-track recorders, including the Tascam Porta One/Porta Two,…
This is an easy-to-print SYNTRX (Erica Synths) or Tascam Model 12 Stand that is angled at 30 degrees. However, this stand will work for many other synths, mixers, etc . This model has been updated. The original was too large. This version…

A replacement for the often lost/broken Tascam 424 MK3 tape cassette cover. I was able to recreate it by carefully inspecting an ebay image of one and a bit of trial and error. Note that to install this you do need to remove the entire…

The Tascame Portacapture X8 isn't shiped with any form of casing in the box and I wanted one which can hold all the naseserry equipment for it. So I put an inlay in one of Whity's Rugged Boxes for the Portacapture X8 itself along with…
Hey, I made it for myself, that's why it's a hack-job-assembly-glueing-or-soldering-requiring monster. ;) The completed model stl is for reference only, don't print that. Take the all-parts file, divide it into models in your slicer and…
Replacement for TEAC Tascam DR-07 Microphone Cage. Print with support everywhere. You may consider to use Fuzzy Skin in PrusaSlicer or polish the print with a steel brush for a more matte look.
A stand for a Tascam DR100 field recorder on it's side. It has enough height for Micro USB to be plugged in while in use. Maybe a little too chunky for some people, but I wanted it to be durable. This may fit other field recorders or…

This is a design primitive for a windscreen for the built-in mics of a Tascam DR-100 MkIII field recorder. I never got around to designing the full cage to support the windscreen before I upgraded to a different recorder, but that should…

As the proud owner of a new to me Tascam Portacapture X8, I really wanted a case for it. But for some wild reason, there are very few dedicated examples on the market that protect this rather fragile piece of gear. I quite liked how the…
