Blank Insert Reinforced Lids by ImprovedByDesign Tool Holder For Multi-function Tester - TC1
Compatibility:
Compatible with size 2x3x6+ Double Lip Corrugated Gridfinity Light Bins and the original Corrugated Gridfinity Light Bins.
Printing:
I printed PETG with .6mm nozzle and .3mm height. No supports but should have made a small change as I had some droopy bridging since I was printing HOT but did not make for an unusable print.
Design:
Used 1.2mm walls since I use a .6mm nozzle
I should have extended the reinforcement legs lower to touch the bottom of the full size “6” bin (the original only had length for size 3 bins to touch.) Not critical, but if the bin moves I might add a dab of hot glue in the corners then reseat the insert to the bin.
