Created a simple spacer to ease the transition from the window blind mount to the wall.
This was designed for "allen + roth Cordless Faux Wood 2-in Slat Cordless White Faux Wood Room Darkening Horizontal Blinds"
I had a few windows where the 37-in wide blinds would be uncomfortably tight in the window, but the next size down had too much of a gap (and were incredibly cheaper). Originally had wood blocks in the gaps to provide support, but they were unsightly.
Printed PETG using Atomic Marble v2 PETG PRO
The holes are intentionally large to accommodate crooked holes from prior installation. Lugs were created to provide a little more assistance aligning the screws for fresh installations or to limit and loose spacer droop if prior installation holes don't allow the spacer to sit snug between the wall and mounting bracket.
