This is designed to fit the irregular top on a bell aquarium, as the top was not perfectly round. It has 2mm holes to vent, but negate any life from escaping through the holes at least. As my tanks top is oblong, there is a gap in one spot, but yours may not be! There is a vent lid in the works that sits under the handle and allows adjustment of air flow, It's just not very print friendly at the moment, and the holes are a bit to small so that might change as well.

Take your time working the handle onto the threads, as it will be pretty tight at first, but will eventually become nice and smooth. I even added a bit of lube to help the process. Granted, I printed this in transparent, and it doesn't seem to have as good as tolerances as other PETG, but i wanted light to pass through. I'm sure it could be worked out with some settings, but it worked fine for me with pretty much stock settings.

I'll do my best to get the vent lid redesigned and possibly a parametric model file so this can be modified to your needs. Thanks!

Normal print settings, I used transparent PETG. No supports.
