Fusion360 files for generating sorting boxes for rectangular items from small to large.
The examples in the photos are a sorting box for my creditcard sized filament samples and one for SD cards.

Configuration
There are two files: one for boxes with one ‘column’, one for boxes with as many ‘columns’ as you like.
Open the file and modify the parameters (in millimeters):

Item:
Item_w: width of your item
Item_t: thicknes of your item
Item_clr: clearance between item and box
Nr_items: number of items per ‘column’

Box:
Wall_t: wall thickness of box
Box_h: height of box
Divider_t: thickness of the divider tabs
Nr_columns: number of columns
Columndivider_t: thickness between each column

Cutout:
You can configure a cutout in the divider tabs. This is not fool proof for all sizes, you have to choose somewhat reasonable parameters in proportion with your sorting box.
Cutout_ratio_ver: amount of cutout from divider tab. E.g. 0.2 means 20% of the vertical height is cut away.
Cutout_ratio_hor: similar for the horizontal size of the cutout.
r_fillet1: radius of the top of the cutout.

If you don't want any cutout, just change the selection of the profiles in ‘Extrude 3’.

Happy configuring and sorting :-)

Bart
