Simple-ish model to mount various compatible accelerometer board to the Sprite extruder pro!

Made it in 2 pieces for ease of print & potential modularity, some assembly required though.

Mount tested with ADXL345 (GY-291) & MPU-6050 (HW-123) modules i had, fitment is on the dot!
Also fits ADXL345 V2.0 module from Big Tree Tech

Post soldering Update TBD, though did account for pins or wires beneath through hole solder pads so it should fit perfectly all things considered!

Required hardware (all of it had laying around):

  • 1x Accelerometer module (ADXL345, MPU6050 or any other which has mounting holes in the same place like the mentioned ones)
  • 2x M2 coarse thread self taping screws, length 10-11mm
  • 2x M3 fine thread screws, length 6-7mm
  • 1x M3 fine thread screw, length 5.8mm (this one was in the extruder kit as spare)

Print settings used:

  • Placement Flat with no supports
  • Layer Height: 0.15mm
  • Line Width: 0.4mm
  • Infill: 100% (Some experimentation required but should be fine with 40-50% too)
  • Material: PETG
