As you can see on the pictures it is a simple garden drain hole, which contains a box to prevent leafs from entering the pipe.
After 40 years the flimsy original plastic box broke in several areas, so I designed a replacements part. The new one is not only bigger with more robust walls and a perfect match for the drainage, but also has a wing to cover that ramp on one side, which in the past allowed leafs to not only enter the drainage, but also slip under the box and block the water flow.
So since there is no way to find a replacement part at the hardware store and this part got improved compared to the original, I consider this a big win for 3D printing. :D
I quickly (hence the ugliness) designed the part in FreeCAD printed the replacement in ABS using my trusty old AnetA8. With a standard 0.4mm nozzle and 55mm/s print speed it took about 8 hours to print. Support is only required at the bottom, where I added feet. I suggest to use a support blocker above 1cm as the leaning wings at the top are printing fine without support.
I included the FreeCAD file, so you can modify it. It is, as mentioned, just a quick design and far from perfect, but maybe someone finds it useful. At least it is a good example on how to not design a model. :D But I needed it quick and had a limited time window to get it done.
