This frame is designed to minimize as much air resistance as possible. With the rpm limiter it appears that utilizing aero lift actually works against you and slows the quad down.
The theory is aero lift helps add rpm to the motors (because you counteract the gravity that the propellers are pushing against to create forward thrust) - creating aero lift also creates drag. Therefore with rpm being limited you do not receive the benefit of added rpm and the drag created slows the quad down more than any benefit of aero lift.
This quad was created to minimize air resistance as much as possible with the above theory in mind. This should allow the quad max straight line speed in long straightaway tracks. It also appears to corner quite well with all the clean air around the props.
This frame looks complicated, but is not that difficult to work on!
