I needed a bunch of cable clips to cleanly route the wires for my Garmin Catalyst power and camera wires. I whipped these up in CAD real quick and they are doing a nice job.
Inner diameter of the clip is 4mm. Use 3M double sided automotive tape to adhere to clip and surface.
Printed with ASA, but you could also use PETG, etc. Whatever you use, make sure its UV stable. I don't recommend PLA since the windshield will get quite warm in direct sun.
They are small enough they'll print 100% regardless of setting. Print them on their side so they don't need support.
