Small parts to glue to the unique front bumper's curve on a Roomba i2 robot vacuum.

I was having issues with it getting stuck under several pieces of furniture so I created some small parts that can be glued onto the front bumper.  I used CA glue to attach each clip.

2 was probably enough…but it looks kinda wild with 6 so there it is :)

Method:

  1. I used an old piece of PETG filament and got it soft using a torch then laid it onto the bumper. (white filament photo)
  2. Then I traced the inside of that curve onto a paper using a marker and now I had a big “black shape” to approximate the bumper.
  3. Imported the “black shape” into Tinkercad (after converting it to an SVG)
  4. Used the “Black shape” as a "hole" in Tinkercad and then just kinda made some shapes based on what I thought looked about right.

PS. I used a flame to soften the lower part to make sure it had a very flat surface for the glue.  I printed using PETG and a 1mm nozzle on an old stock CR-10.
