There are other clips out there to hold your plug-it power cord onto your festool D27 hose; I tried them and kept having issues with the clips popping off.
These clips have a much narrower opening for the hose to fit into. With PLA or PETG, there is enough flex that you can squeeze the D27 hose into the clips. Also, the plug-it cord recess is also a nice snug fit with a 9mm opening that holds the plug-it cord nice and snug.
I haven't tried these with the newer Festool fabric covered hoses, but they are perfect for the original corrugated style hose. Clips feature a 34mm ID for the hose and are 12.5 wide for a robust part. Tested in both PLA and PETG. Both are perfect. ABS should work too.
