I've designed this wall-mount bracket for the three Empire Combination Squares (6", 12", 16") that I own. I ran through two iterations, given the following constraints:

  • Physical
    • Securely fit all 3 square sizes, without creating unique versions
    • Tools should be easily stowed and removed
    • Affixed to the wall with a single ~4.2mm dia. screw like these
    • Stretch goals:
      • remove extraneous material
      • soften design
  • Temporal
    • Design Time: 30 minutes
      • ❌ ~45 minutes, including the stretch goals
    • Print time (per OrcaSlicer): < 20 minutes per bracket
      • ❌ version 1: 27m 42s 
      • ✔ version 2: 16m 16s

Printed in FlashForge High-Speed PLA (Natural) on my FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro.

Included the first version for record-keeping, but I'd recommend the latest version… because bezier curves. 😅
