The Lamy 2000 fountain pen normally uses a little ring that prevent the nib and feed to push up into the section.
I misplaced it while cleaning mine, and before trying to find it again or order one replacement online, I estimated the size and made this. It actually works great.
You will need to finish the flat sides on each ends with a bit of sand paper. The fact that this part is not made of hard rubber does not seem to cause any issues.
