My Custom made some Trophies for use in the BIRD (Birmingham International Race Day) Drone racing event. The 1st place trophy is based on the main sponsor of the event Happymodel's tinywhoop frame design. with 2nd, 3rd & 4th place having a more standard design so that the 1st place would be the one to race for.
Each file is designed for 3D printing, with 1st place being designed for MJF (powder based 3D printing technology) but could be FDM printed with supports. However the propeller blades will be thing towards to the edges so be cautious when removing supports.
For 2nd, 3rd & 4th place, split the assembly into parts and lay the number flat on the print bed, with the base flat and upright for the best printing results, no supports needed.
