This is a case and diffuser for the digipower VL-RGB battery+light. The light is really harsh without a diffuser and so this was a model I made to help with video calls, object photography, etc. The openscad models are here but are not well documented.
These were printed with 10% infill and 0.20mm layer height in PLA. For the bellow, I stopped the print at 62.4mm and inserted the standard M4 hex nuts.
To assemble the lens to the bellow, needs 4xM4 nuts and 4xM4 12mm screws.
The back to the bellow needs 4xM4 nuts and 4xM4 16mm or 20mm screws
The lens is printed up to 0.9mm in natural and the last 0.3mm in white to balance the diffuse light and the rigidity of the lamp. The lens is printed with 100% infill, otherwise there will be patterns visible in the light.
