I don't like the long barrel sticking out of my blaster. So I designed a ‘suppressor-like’ thingie to hide my BCAR or PCAR while at the same time making it a little more tacticool (or for some, might just find it ridiculous). I'm using Rev 2 EX BCAR and LockSleeve BCAR (Link provided below), so I can't guarantee that it will fit all types of BCARs. I'm sharing the link to the design on Tinkercad for those that want to tinker. I'm not a designer, therefore the design is very rudimentary.
The V2 is for the Rev 2 EX BCAR which is slimmer and probably will not fit any other printable BCARs but will most likely fit most PCARs. V3 is for the LockSleeve BCAR which the body is wider. I use it on my LONX (70cm barrel) and Sweetheart Storm.
It's snug once it's screwed together on the barrel. But for whatever reason it's loose, I've made a second bottom cap with holes for grub screws to secure it on the barrel.
Print according to the orientation on the picture. Supports not needed. I print mine with 10% infill and 4 walls.
