Several european cars from the 1950 - 1970s used the same handhold. It was supplied by Happich GHE. Over the time, the two little caps hiding the screws become brittle.
This part is a look-alike replacement for the old caps, snapping easily in place. Print with PETG and 0.25 nozzle, and wet-sand with 250 grid paper. Or even better use Resin-printing for enhanced details.
