The knife is 2mm strong, the saw 0.8mm. I wanted the additional height of the thumb buttons to be subtle and not super thick. I opted for one millimeter. You can adjust the parametrized Fusion 360 file in case you would want more thickness.
You could glue the buttons into the openings as well, but I would rather go with a snap-fit because you might want to remove the buttons if you cut / saw through something thicker and don't want the button to catch on it.
Printed in PETG. Scale up by 2% if you would like to print it with TPU.
