FOR TEST FITTING ONLY!!! Do NOT attempt to drive on these, and I would NOT advise attempting to even put the weight of the vehicle on these.

I didn't find any of the parametric spacers/adapters on here to be quite adequate so I made my own :) This fusion file will allow you to create nearly any variety of hubcentric wheel spacer or adapter that you might need to test fit wheels. Simply use the edit parameters function to choose thickness, diameter, hub and wheel lugs (both number and spacing), bolt sizes, etc. to generate your exact need.

I've even built in a function to choose the rotational offset of the holes on adapters, and it should work for most common lug patterns. However it may not fit some edge cases, so you can choose your own offset if needed by deleting the function and typing a degree number manually. Keep in mind, not all lug patterns can be adapted to another using a simple adapter design like this.

The parameters will affect both the spacer and adapter components, though some of the parameters only apply to the adapters. Just activate the component that you need after editing the parameters and convert to STL. Of course this could be used to generate the necessary toolpaths for machining, but as I am not a machinist I have not designed with CNC in mind--only printing, so YMMV. As for printing, I recommend bumping up the walls a bit to give the bolts something to grab onto and keep the plastic from compressing too much when tightened down. I definitely wouldn't torque the lugs all the way for test fitting, even then.

Adapters should be ≥15mm thick for the model to calculate correctly. Spacers can be any thickness.

If you're not sure which bolts to use, I recommend the McMaster Carr or Grainger catalog for importing bolts to get correct sizes.

I've included an STL of a 5x100 to 5x120 example for reference.

I am open to feedback if you have any issues or ideas for improvement! These have worked perfectly for me on my car but if I can adjust to make fitment better on any other vehicles, please let me know!
