This is a printable case for the AirPods 4. Since the cases stayed the same between the gen 4 and the gen 5 AirPods this case will fit both. It should stay on without any need for glue or double sided tape and features cutouts for the charge port and the indicator light. For the ANC version, I've also added openings for the bottom speakers. Through the case, the AirPods are still wirelessly chargeable. Also, there is a version with a loop, so you can attach a carry band or carabiner if you want to.
Printing
I've printed both parts with the round bottom and top facing to the top. This way I was able to achieve a perfectly smooth outer shell. The model is optimized for bridging, so the supports are only needed at the back. However, for some reason PrusaSlicer offers the control “don't support bridges”, but some of my bridges are still supported. If I check the same box in BambuStudio, it works just fine. Now, I've added manual supports to the files where they are needed. If you know a way to make the supports work just like in BambuStudio, please let me know.
