INSTRUCTIONS!!!

For the assembly you will need eight M2.5 6mm countersunk screws (or just try different lenght if it will be enough), four M2.5 11mm long (standoff) nut and TP4056 usb C charging board.

First step is to print all the files, "Button" and "Nut" 4x (if using brass nut do not print the "Nut" file). If you have a multicolor printer, you can split the upper part into objects in the slicer and print the letters in different colors. Then find a li-pol battery with dimensions around 40×30×8m (±1000mAh), or you can use battery from a single-use vape. Wrap the battery in some type of tape (Kapton tape prefered) so it will not short some things around and solder it to the charging board, then solder some wires from the board to the DS138 battery connection on the board like in the photo. For the assembly, first put the upper half of the board (with the display) into the upper printed part, screw it in, put the "Board Holder" with the charging module inside like in the photo and cover it with the lower part of the DS138, and finally cover it with the remaining bottom part and screw it all together.
