There are a some printed Ikea Markus armrests out there, but most of them aren't adjustable so i made one.

This is an adjustable armrest for the Ikea Markus office-chair.
It's made of 2 parts, both of which have 5mm holes spaced 10mm apart in the connecting section, so you can screw it together with M5 Bolts (40mm length). There is 1mm clearance between the connecting columns as well, so it should fit properly without the need for sanding/removing material. The adjustable height ranges from ~148mm to ~245mm from the base to the top of the Pad.
The dimensions (laying down flat) are:
- 199mm x 158mm x 35mm for the mount
- 200mm x 148mm x 50mm for the Pad.
I recommend printing with 100% infill for proper stability/ strength.
I did sand and spray paint mine before installing, as seen in the first picture.
