This is an enclosure brace to stiffen the corners of your creality pop-up enclosure.
Parts list:
- (3) Printed Corner Braces
- (6) M3x10mm Screws
- (6) M3x6 Threaded Heat Inserts
Part Description:
- Creality Enclosure Corner Brace: Does not have countersunk screw holes. Is the standard piece if you are not attaching your enclosure to anything.
- Creality Enclosure Corner Brace with Screw Holes: Has holes for countersunk screws to attach a platform to the top of your enclosure, or attaching your enclosure down to a table.
Print Settings:
- Material: PETG/ABS
- Layer height: 0.10-0.30 (depending on nozzle size)
- Walls: 1.6-2.0mm (for strongest corners)
- Infill: 30-50% (gyroid recommended)
- Supports: Build plate only
Assembly:
- Step 1: Install heat inserts into the non-open ended holes. Install them flush or just below the surface of the print.
- Step 2: Install the corner braces onto the corner of your enclosure. Install 1 screw into each loose until you have all 3 pieces attached and ensure the tubes are square and straight.
- Step 3: Tighten all 6 screws.
These corners can be assembled on the enclosure, or can be put together and the tubes slid through the corners.
