Because my profession require me to keep mounting kitchen cabinet doors and most of the time I am alone at work I was looking for something what could help me to always fit the doors neat and same level. I come across device which you can buy but it cost £50+ so I decided to reproduce it and print from PETG.
EDIT 08.01.2025
step by step instructions how to assembly and use
- Print it out ;) .
- Using threader make thread in middle hole of the slider.
- Using threader make thread in top single hole (do not do thread on any of the triple hole on top).
- Bolt 80mm goes to threaded hole on top, before fitting attach knob with glue.
- Fit pressing feet on bottom of 80mm screw and secure with self locking nut.
- Slide 2 6mm bars in to the smaller holes on top
- Fit sliding block on rails
- Push bars until its pressed to the bottom and secured in designated holes on the base.
- Fit 125mm bolt through large hole at top, sliding block and bottom base.
