This is a type-c powered ''lab bench power supply'' if I can call it that.

It uses the following components:

RD DPS5020 Constant Voltage current DC DC Step-down

Mounted with heat-set inserts and m3 screws

1PCS/5PCS/10PCS USB-C PD Trigger

The trigger board is just held in place with some hot glue

1/5/10PCS TYPE-C Female Test Board USB 3.1 PCB

This is the PCB used for communication on the front panel it is connected to the pads left after removing the stock micro USB.

The PCB and the holder for the communication PCBs are glued in place with hot glue and there is space for the Bluetooth module if you ever want to use it.

I use smuview for the control software

You might want to look for another listing as half of my type c PCBs did not work

The case is held in place by some countersunk m3 screws and heat set inserts.

The front panel uses these plugs:
4/10Pcs/lot 4mm Panel Mount Binding Post

You might want to look for an alternative listing for those too since they tend to melt if you plan on soldering the cables to them

The case is made from PETG and the feet were printed in ninjaflex

The design is not perfect but I think it's workable

Feel free to contact me if you have any issues, suggestions for design changes, or questions.
