This is a modular air multiplier that you can print out and make to any length
I have not yet tested this print, as I am waiting on some parts to arrive to make it, primarily the VEVOR Inline Duct Fan, 102mm 129.7 CFM Quiet EC-motor Ventilation Exhaust Fan that I plan to use to power this, however any 102mm/4" in-line fan should work for this purpose.
I have uploaded both 3MF and STL files, depending on your slicer.
There is alignment holes designed for 8mm rod, something that can commonly be purchased in Australia, closest SAE/Imperial size would be 5/16" rod, so should be easy to pick up.
Basically, the fixed sections you need are the:
- Inlet
- Diverter
- Base Section
- End Section
And then you print out as many Mid-Sections as you need.
Each Mid-Section is 100mm, so for example, I am running a 6m patio, or 6,000mm, so I will print out:
- 1 x Inlet (100mm)
- 1 x Base Section (100mm, overall 200mm)
- 1 x End Section (156MM, overall 256mm)
- 55 x Mid-Sections (100mm each, component length 5,500mm, total length 5,856mm)
This should provide a nice breeze across the roof of my outdoor area to allow entertaining.
