I have provided two example models but it is best to measure the pliers and customize the design using FreeCad. The second picture shows how to measure it correctly.
For customization open the project in FreeCad and select the object named Spreadsheet. Enter your measured value (in millimeter) and hit enter. Then select the Body object and press ctrl+E. Then just save it as an STL file.
