- The cover is made for the Ai Thinker ESP32-CAM module.
- The front covers for the camera are equipped with many holes for better cooling. In the closed version, the temperature on the base plate is very high.
- For the magnetic holder, I used 4 pieces of 20x6x2mm neodymium magnets. The same amount of magnets is needed when a magnetic counter is used. This design is suitable, for example, for mounting a camera in an enclosure box on a plexiglass wall.
- Files are available for a holder with magnets, for a holder with holes for screwing, for a holder without holes for sticking.
- With side mounting, the camera can be attached to the X-axis motor. This way, the camera will always capture the print from the view of the nozzle at any print height.
- 2 pieces of M3x6 screws are used to attach the joint to the back of the camera.
- 1 piece of M3x6 screws is used to attach the joint to the side of the camera.
- 1 piece of M3x16 screws is used to attach the holderl to the x-axis motor.
- The camera is powered by a classic dupont connector, for which there is a hole in the back of the camera cover.
- When using the side mount for the X-axis motor, the camera needs to be rotated 90 degrees in the camera image settings.
