I've tried a number of different approaches to hanging my pliers and nippers and none of them really satisfied me. I think that finally inspired me to take another approach and this time, I think I'm close to what I was hoping for.
After printing these brackets you use some bamboo skewers (~4mm diameter), cut-to-length, inserted into the holes, and then mounted on the Elfa organizer panel. This gives you the ability to customize how much space you need and the bamboo skewer are cheap and tough.
