This enclosure is an original, custom-designed case for the ESP32 Dev MCU board (USB-C), with space in the lid to securely house a BME280 sensor for temperature, humidity, and pressure measurements. The design ensures the ESP32 board is installed upside down, providing convenient access to the GPIO pins. Additionally, provisions have been made on the bottom of the case for easy access to the boot and reset buttons. The design is optimized for quick and efficient printing, taking just 30 minutes at 200mm/s on a Creality K1C (lid and case printed together).
Recommended Print Settings:
- Nozzle size: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Wall loops: 3
- Lid orientation: Place the lid flat-side down for printing
- Supports or brim: Not required
For those needing adjustments, the STEP files are included, allowing easy customization to fit other ESP32 MCU dimensions. Feel free to remix and adapt as needed!
