I designed and 3D-printed this minimalist desktop toolbox for small tools like hex keys and a tape measure. I wanted something compact, sleek, and tailored to fit well on a desk—something I couldn't quite find in stores.

I printed it in Bambu Metal PLA and eSun Crimson PLA because the colors matched the style I wanted. If you're looking for something more rugged, PETG would be a better choice.

The latches aren’t perfect, but they do hold it shut. Since I was working with PLA, it was challenging to design a latch that pulls tight at my experience level. I've uploaded a part called "Square Lock" that you can use to remix the lock if needed—please credit this page if you do!

For the latch pins and pin caps, I used CA glue. I recommend assembling the latch and pin first, then attaching them to the body.

The "Printed in Tokyo is embossed in the top. If you want to have a separate color, open the PIT and Top files together in Bambu Studio.
