The design makes use of the 4 x 9mm pins for alignment. The pin holes are modeled with a very tight fit (0.05mm clearance), adjust as necessary.
The center hole needs to be precision threaded M14x1.00. Any deviation off centre will render the adapter plate useless.It's modeled with a 12.5mm diameter hole, and it's expected that you thread mill or tap it.
I didn't design any adjustability since the vise comes with pins, and I had previously worked out how to thread mill m14x1. you probably could skip the pins and make the m5 mounting holes oversized and that would give you some amount of adjustment.
