I use TPU a lot, and this is difficult for the Artisan, because there is a gap between the feed mechanism and the hotend. This gap is visible on the cover photo on the second extruder: The white filament is visible in this gap.
Flex filaments often get caught in this gap.
The Filament Funnel fills this gap. When inserting the hotend, make sure the hotend feeding tube goes all the way through the funnel as shown in my hand model debut.
