I cut off the original's curved sides (using the CG modeler Lightwave 2015) so it could be rotated and printed flat, and removed a big chunk from the middle to save plastic and make it print fast. Very little support is needed for this version - just two small nubbins. It's a bit uglier and squared-off but it does its glass-proppin' thing like the original.
The print of the modified prop lid in the pictures was done on a P1S in generic red $9 ABS. It prints in less than an hour.
