An updated, easier to remove supports from model is available HERE:
It enables the shelf to be mounted on a pipe that is too close to the wall for the original wall.
You still need the U shaped pusher with the rubber end and the nut from the original one.
I have it printed in PLA with 0.2 mm layers with a 0.6mm nozzle. 0.4mm nozzle should therefore also be fine in terms of wall thickness and a less stiff material like PETG should work just fine if not better.
Supports unfortunately are needed with this one, but i have found it to be quite simple to clean up.
