There are many other similar style stands on amazon that it might also work for. This one is created for a pole with diameter of 11.4mm. I'll also include the file if you want to try and modify it to fit.
It will lock into place vertically for storage and horizontally to hold the poster holder. Print with more infill the tabs can be prone to breaking.
