Modeled after the 1967 Ford Mustang (roughly) I built this 1:64 scale model with functional wheels to see how well I could do. It is the size of a standard Hot wheels/Matchbox car.
Assembly:
The car prints in four pieces: the main body, bottom, and two connecting pins. Not included in the print are the wheels and axles (they cannot be printed with sufficient strength) so I ordered a set of aftermarket 1:64 Hot wheels axles and wheels off Amazon
These are the ones I got:

Anything like those should do the trick.
The main body is placed upside down, the axles are laid into place, and the bottom is set on top so that the axles and pinholes line up. Then, the two plastic pins (they are meant to be tight! They should hold the car together without glue) are inserted connecting the bottom of the car to the main body, thus sealing the axles in place. If you have trouble with the pins, a couple drops of superglue should do the trick. Just be careful to not glue the axles in place; the wheels will still roll if you do, but not as well.
