Easy ruler for reading how much weight is on the Eisenlink Adjustable Dumbbell (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BZHHCSFD)
The left side of the ruler measures when only the 2kg plates, are used. Read the right hand side when 2 x 1kg plates are on the dumbbell. The reading is for the dumbbell as a hole, i.e. both sides are loaded equally, and the unloaded dumbbell and screws total 6kg.
