I wanted to build a little hovercraft for fun and needed some way to clamp two of them to a bit of ply. This design provides such a design. I've added a slot for TPU to provide a tight fit.
You can print this with no supports, but I recommend painting on some supports under the pegs only. Don't print supports for the TPU slots.
I printed this in TPU. I recommend a 40mm cutter to create the holes for under the hovercraft. You can align this properly by using the cutter as a guide (push it up through the hole as a locator).
I've added my .3mf for the painted on supports.
