My e-brake release handle was missing when i bought an old explorer. The previous owner was using a pair of vice grips.
i modeled this in solidworks to match the original, with a slightly undersized hole.
Printed from ASA with 5 walls and 40% triangle infill.
Install was easy. Just heat up the rod with a lighter or small torch, then press the printed part into place.
The part has held up for about 10 months now.
