This adapter fits into the standard 64 mm bottle cage mounting holes on a bike frame (measured center-to-center) and allows you to reposition your bottle cage slightly up or down to create more space—for example, to fit an extra bottle. You can choose how far to shift the cage, making it easier to optimize the space inside the frame. In this updated version, I reduced the gaps for zip ties, made the holes for M5 nuts, and decreased the overall thickness.
