Created something silly yet simple for spring-modded Nerf blasters, as the full-length darts flew everywhere after the FPS increase. I was surprised it wasn't made yet, so here we go again.

I took the model of the Nerf Delta Muzzle from Raphael Schaaf to have something compatible with different barrel-lugs. Then I took the body of the Hardware free BCAR for Kury (16 mm) Barrels from Jem657, then I took the rollers of the  Hardware free BCAR for the Nerf Infinus Remix from Dom's 3d Print Shop as it has proven itself over time. His rollers were compatible with full length darts, having less darts getting stuck. Tnx to Bruce LeedleLeedleLeedleLee for the Original Hardware Free BCAR (For DZ Muzzles or 15mm OD Alu Barrel). As without him, there wouldn't be the easiest printable BCAR to begin with, his original roller pins are in the remix.  So in the end quite the shopping list.

We use the BCARS mostly with the newer Airpocket X-shot darts. As Nerf Elite darts show no mercy to accuracy. The Bcar works best without any barrel extensions in between. Just experiment with it a bit.

Have fun flinging foam.

Print the Barrel standing up on the side of the Nstrike barrel lug. The rollers and the pins can be printed with their sides on the bed.  On my Bambulab A1 Mini I printed it without Supports on standard settings 0.20mm layer height, 3 wall loops, 15% infill with PLA.
