Turn your HyperX Pulsefire Saga or Saga Pro into a bite-size holiday with this pineapple-themed shell. Whether you’re grinding or unwinding, this shell brings fruity charm to your daily saga.
I’m just beginning to explore acrylic painting, and this was my first time painting on a three-dimensional surface, so I chose a cartoon style that suits my current skills. I’m happy with how it turned out and pleased with the shape - I’d love to see a talented artist bring it to life with a realistic interpretation.
I’m male with slightly above-average-sized hands, and the added width feels very comfortable to me. It’s a modest increase that should still be practical for most users, but it might be an especially nice ergonomic choice for anyone who finds standard mice too narrow.
Suggested Print Settings
Filament: PLA
Perimeters: 2
Infill: 10%
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
All parts are oriented as I printed them. Supports are required for every piece. I used a 20° overhang threshold and organic supports to minimise material and clean-up, and had no issues on my Prusa MK4S.
Finishing
Paint with acrylics and seal with a clear coat for protection. As I mentioned earlier, I’m just starting to learn acrylic painting, so I’ll leave the expert tips to those more experienced.
